Mission Statement
The ITS department supports the mission of the College by working closely with all SCC stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously evaluate a shared vision for technologies, resource accessibility, and support services.
How do we do this?
The ITS department strives to accomplish this mission by facilitating the annual tech request process along with a strategic planning for technology initiative. Each year the ITS department coordinates the technology request process that allows faculty and staff to provide input on new technologies, applications, training, computing, and telecommunication needs. In addition, the ITS department coordinates the planning process that develops SCC's technology vision and plan.
